Revenue Questions
- How is the subscription revenue I receive determined?
- As explained in the Monetized Streamer Agreement, there are certain costs, taxes, and fees that must be accounted for before you receive subscription revenue. Before the 50/50 split between you and Twitch takes place, deductions are made from the full price of a subscription, including taxes, payment processing fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, etc. After the split takes place, we still account for required tax withholding, which is reflected in the payout you ultimately see on your dashboard. Twitch does not set or control the rates or fees, and they vary from region to region and by each subscriber’s payment method.

- When will I get paid?
-
Starting July 2022, payout thresholds are being lowered from $100 to $50 for Affiliates. Learn more in $50 Minimum Payout Threshold.
The payout method you choose can impact the timing of your payout. In general, payouts are made 15 days after the end of the month of revenue being earned. For example, if you earn at least $50 with most payout methods or $100 with wire transfer on April 5th, the payout will be initiated 15 days after April 30th, which is May 15th. After the payout is initiated and depending upon the payout method, it may take several days for payouts to settle within your bank. Eligible payout methods for the $50 threshold include ACH/direct deposit, eCheck/local bank, PayPal, and check.
